The Services are not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law or regulation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be handled in Collin County, Texas.

11. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation before arbitration. Any unresolved disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

14. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data, or revenue.
